Extra Super Tadarise is commonly marketed as a combination of tadalafil and dapoxetine, intended to address erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation. For men whose ED developed after prostate cancer treatment, it may not be appropriate without medical supervision.
Treatments such as prostate surgery and radiation can affect the nerves and blood vessels involved in erections. Tadalafil may help some men achieve erections by improving blood flow, but its effectiveness depends on the extent of nerve and vascular damage. Dapoxetine does not treat the underlying nerve damage caused by cancer treatment.
Safety is particularly important because prostate-cancer patients may be taking multiple medicines. Tadalafil must not be combined with nitrate medicines, such as nitroglycerin, because this can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. It may also interact with alpha-blockers and some blood-pressure medicines. Dapoxetine can interact with antidepressants and other medicines affecting serotonin.
Because Extra Super Tadarise combines two active ingredients, it should not be used simply because a standard ED treatment has failed. A urologist or oncologist can assess your cancer-treatment history, cardiovascular health, current medications, and ED severity before recommending an appropriate treatment.
Do not stop cancer or cardiovascular medicines to use an ED product. If you experience chest pain, fainting, sudden vision or hearing loss, or an erection lasting more than four hours, seek urgent medical care.
