    Psychotherapy has been proven to increase happiness, overall fulfillment, motivation, and decrease stress and anxiety. Psychotherapy consists of a series of techniques for treating mental health, emotional, and some psychiatric disorders. Psychotherapy helps us understand what helps us to feel positive or anxious, as well as accepting our strong and weak points. If we can identify their feelings and ways of thinking they we can be better at coping with difficult situations. Psychotherapists have specific training in psychotherapy, and generally have a minimum of master’s level training.

    Most of our in-person and online psychotherapy services are covered under your health insurance plan under "Psychologist" services. As a client in our practice, we are strongly dedicated to helping you resolve your issues in a professional and safe environment. Psychotherapy differs slightly from counselling in its nature, but the two can be used simultaneously to provide a therapeutic treatment plan that is right for you.
